The consigner must finish such information documents as are necessary to meet formalities of customs octroi of police before the cargo can be delivered to the consignee. The consigner is responsible for any insufficient or false statement relating to the cargo.
Receipt by the person entitled to the delivery of cargo without complaints in prima facie evidence that the same has been delivered in good condition and in accordance with the contract of carriage.
The consignor must mention value of the goods at the time of booking. If the consignment is valuable or expensive must insured his cargo otherwise company will settle claim according to claim policy mentioned below.
In the carriage of cargo the liability of carrier in respect of the destruction, loss or damage is limited up to a sum of Rs. 500/kg.
That the carrier reserves the right to check at the time of -acceptance of delivery any cargo tendered to him for carriage to ascertain in contents.
In case of damage of cargo the consignee must complain to the carrier at the time of delivery of cargo and must mention a damage note in delivery slip. No any complain shall be entertain if a damage note will not be mentioned on delivery slip.
In case of delay a written complain must be made with in 7 days of receipt of cargo. Carrier is bound to provide the proof of delivery if required by consigner but not later then 30 days from the date of booking.
In case of delay or cancellation of flight or due to foggy weather or any reason beyond the control of carrier delivery of consignment may be late:
The execution of this contract is prima facie evidence to the conclusion of contract between the carrier and the consignor.
